1. What are your normal business hours?
- We accept orders and inquiries 24/7.
2. How is the working process working with you?
- First, you have to fill the details of your project in the quatation form in our contact us page.
- Then we'll create a webdesign proposal. We'll work on it until you are satisfied.
- After you approve the proposal, we'll discuss all of your project details, objectives and delivery time frames.
3. Which are payment options? How much is upfront?
- We will ask you for an advance payment of 50%.
- When the project is completed and you sanction our work, we'll ask for the final 50%.
- We accept PayPal payments which means you can pay via credit or debit card as well.
- For works inside Malaysia, bank deposit is preferred.
4. Is there any discount on quantity?
- Yes, we will give you discounts if you have several pages on the same project.
5. How do you handle privacy?
- In the portfolio section we show works only with the client's authorization. For some projects without their authorization we will replace the logo and the content with the dummy text (Lorem Ipsum).
6. Can you guarantee that nobody will see my designs before I publish them?
- Of course. Your work is safe in our hands. We make sure that all assets you provided won't leak.
7. Who holds the ownership and rights?
- Once our work is completed and full payment has been made you become the owner of all templates, including XHTML, CSS, images, Flash, JavaScript, etc...
8. How can we contact you?
- Please use our contact form to get in touch with us. We will respond to you immediately within 24 hours.
9. What kind of assets and information do you need to start working?
- We will be very happy if you can provide us any source files (PSD, PNG, JPEG, EPS & etc). It's very important to share all requirement details and please make sure to send any special font that is being used on design.
10. Do you make designs?
- Yes we do! We can provide you with top quality design on your request. Please use contact form to tell us about your requirements
11. What about JavaScript implementation?
- It shouldn't be a problem. Our normal rate includes some basic JavaScript implementation. If you need advanced implementations please contact us and we will discuss the costs.
12. Do you embed Flash files?
- Yes we do. We use only proper W3C techniques to add Flash pieces to your XHTML and CSS templates.
13. Do you offer open source CMS/Blog integration?
- We love working with WordPress platform. We offer templates integration as a special service so please contact us if you're looking for it.
14. What happens if we are not happy with end result?
- We offer as many rounds of revision as needed to meet your requirements and expectations. By this we don't mean any revisions to original design or content you sent or changing assumptions we made on the beginning of the project. This kind of work is treated as additional and will be quoted separately.
15. Will the final work look nice in different browser?
- We test our work on following browsers: Firefox 2 and 3, Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Opera 9 and Safari. We make sure that all our XHTML and CSS templates work, look good and as close to the design as possible.
